# Getting Started with ALK

> What to expect when you first sign up, and where to go next

## Overview

This page covers what happens when you first sign up for ALK and where to go next. For setup steps specific to one integration (like Acumatica), see the dedicated guide further down this section.

## Signing up

You need an active ALK account to get started. The first person from your organisation to sign up becomes the **Entity Owner** and can invite others. See [Understanding Roles & Access](/admin/understanding-roles-access) for what each role can do, and [Inviting & Managing Team Members](/admin/inviting-managing-team-members) to bring your team in.

## The onboarding tour

On your first login, ALK shows a guided product tour covering the home screen, the main tools (Chat, Workflows, Pulse, Analyst), Integrations, Knowledge, Action Center, and Settings. You can skip it and pick it up later — look for a replay option in Settings if you want to see it again.
