This page explains common ALK error messages, what they mean, and the quickest next step to resolve them.

## How to use this page

1. Find the exact error message or code you're seeing in the table below.
2. Follow the recommended steps in **What to do**.
3. If you can't find your error, email [support@wamiri.com](mailto:support@wamiri.com) and include the full error message, what you were trying to do, the page or workflow you were on, and a screenshot if possible.

| Error                | What it means                                                               | What to do                                                                                                              |
| -------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 404 — Page not found | The page or resource doesn't exist, was moved, or the link is outdated.     | Refresh the page. If it still fails, confirm you're using the correct link. If needed, contact support.                 |
| Access denied        | Your role doesn't have permission to perform this action.                   | Confirm your role with your Workspace Admin. See [Understanding Roles & Access](/admin/understanding-roles-access).     |
| Integration error    | ALK can't connect to one of your integrated sources.                        | Go to **Integrations**, reconnect the integration, and re-check credentials or permissions.                             |
| File upload failed   | The file may be too large, unsupported, or your connection was interrupted. | Confirm the file type and size, then try again. If it persists, try a different browser or network and contact support. |
