Currently, the available integrations are Mono, Acumatica, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Flutterwave, Paystack, Google Sheets, ClickHouse, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Notion, Gmail, Outlook, Odoo, and WhatsApp.Before You Start
- You must be a Workspace Admin or Entity Owner to connect or disconnect integrations
- Have your integration credentials ready before starting
- For Acumatica specifically, complete the OAuth app registration first — see How to Connect Acumatica to ALK
Connecting an Integration

Navigate to the top right on the ALK home page, select your profile then select Knowledge.
2

Once on the Knowledge page, click Integrations.
3

You will see the available integrations, grouped here by what they’re used for:

4

Each integration has its own credential requirements:
- Mono: follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate your bank accounts, ensure to grant ALK necessary access.
- Acumatica: enter the following:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Base URL
- Tenant Type (Test or Company)
- Click Continue to complete the connection. To get the necessary credentials, see How to Connect Acumatica to ALK.
- Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Flutterwave, Paystack, Google Sheets, ClickHouse, Notion, Gmail, Outlook, Odoo, WhatsApp: follow the on-screen authentication prompt to connect your account.
- Microsoft Sharepoint: follow the on-screen authentication prompt and fill in your credentials.
- Microsoft OneDrive: follow the on-screen authentication prompt and fill in your credentials.
- Google Drive: follow the on-screen authentication prompt and fill in your credentials.
Disconnecting an Integration
To disconnect an integration, open Integrations, find the connected integration, and click Disconnect. This will remove the connection immediately. Any workflows relying on that integration will need to use manual file upload until reconnected.Important Notes
- Only Workspace Admins and Entity Owners can connect or disconnect integrations — Workspace Members cannot manage integrations.
- If your Acumatica client secret expires, you will need to generate a new one in Acumatica and reconnect. Select a long expiry time when generating secrets to avoid frequent reconnections.
- Not every integration listed above is available as a Pulse dashboard data source yet — see Pulse for the current list.
