AVC Application is a workflow for reviewing Additional Voluntary Contribution (AVC) withdrawal requests so pension teams can screen applications quickly and consistently. It extracts member identity, AVC request details, payout information, and key checks (eligibility/compliance) into a structured table you can validate, edit, and export. What you get: a structured table of extracted fields you can review, edit, and export.

When to use AVC Application

Use AVC Application when you need a consistent first-pass review of AVC withdrawal requests, including:
  • Member identity verification (name, date of birth, RSA)
  • Requested AVC amount and application details
  • Tax implications and net payout considerations
  • Bank account details for disbursement
  • Eligibility and compliance checks (where applicable)

Step-by-step usage

Select the template

Navigate to Workflows > Template gallery and select AVC Application.

Upload client documents

Upload the client documents (PDF only).

Run the workflow

Click Run to begin extraction.

Review extracted fields

Review the extracted fields and edit anything that is incorrect.

Export results

Export results (CSV or Excel) for reporting or downstream processing.

  1. Columns are your screening criteria. AVC review works best when your columns mirror how your team screens applications. Feel free to add, remove, or rename columns where necessary.
  2. Tax and payout details matter. Use clear column names to capture how tax implications are stated (or inferred) and what your team needs to decide or document.
  3. Verification is part of the workflow. Treat outputs as draft. Validate key identifiers (e.g., RSA number, requested amount, bank account number) against the source documents before exporting.

  • If a field is consistently wrong, simplify the column name or add a short instruction to the column prompt.
