What’s specific to Enbloc Application
- Low-balance qualification matters. Ensure the RSA balance meets your organisation’s enbloc threshold before proceeding.
- Eligibility and compliance checks are part of processing. Use the workflow to capture eligibility outcomes and compliance validation clearly for auditability.
- Decisioning should be explicit. Record the final processing decision (approve/decline/review) along with a concise summary that explains why.

Customising Enbloc Application columns
You can tailor columns to match your operational checklist.- Add columns for required document checks (e.g., “ID provided?”, “Bank details verified?”, “Exit letter provided?”).
- Rename columns to be explicit (for example, include the expected format such as “RSA balance (₦)” or “Withdrawal amount (₦)”).
- Keep column names clear and unambiguous to improve extraction quality.
Important Notes
- Always validate critical identifiers (RSA number, applicant name) against the source documents and internal records.
- Confirm the low-balance threshold and eligibility criteria before approval.
- If a field is consistently wrong, simplify the column name or add a short instruction to the column prompt.
